Meet Amy

Welcome to Rosen's Cinnamon Buns! I'm Amy Rosen, a food writer, cookbook author, and the founder of Rosen’s Cinnamon Buns. My love for baking began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where the air was always filled with the comforting aroma of cinnamon and freshly baked goods. It was there that I discovered the magic of turning simple ingredients into unforgettable treats.

In 2016, Rosen's Cinnamon Buns launched as a beautiful little bakery in Toronto's Little Italy neighbourhood. Amy Rosen and her crew hand-rolled and baked hundreds of thousands of gooey, hot-from-the-oven buns until she realized the way forward was to give the bakery's fans what they truly wanted: bake-your-own Rosen's Cinnamon Buns. So here they are, the same all-natural recipe, now available in your very own home.
